Three of the priciest listings to hit the market last week were more than one acre with mountain views and plenty of privacy.
The mansion at 165 Circle Drive, inside the gated Bradbury Estates community, sits on 2.05 acres with an asking price of $19.8 million.
The main home clocks in at 16,120 square feet and the guest house is 2,204 square feet, totaling a whopping 18,324 square feet.
It has a customized home theater, fitness center, billiards area and game room. There’s also an outdoor swimming pool, cabana and lighted tennis court, according to listing details.
Sitting on 1.22 acres, is the European villa home at 2670 Bowmont Drive in Beverly Hills, asking $13.9 million.
The 9,900-square-foot home is also tucked inside a gated community. It has an automobile turntable, two separate guesthouses, a lap pool and covered loggia.
The property at 2460 Sunset Plaza Drive, asking $10.5 million, didn’t make the top of the list but it offers the most land – two contiguous lots totaling an estimated 2.5 acres. It has its own private frontage road and is listed as a “unique development opportunity.”
