Kylie Jenner sells second home in two months

Kylie Jenner is selling more than just lip kits.

The 20-year-old reality star sold her second home in the past two months for $5.28 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The 5,150-square-foot, single-story home on Scott Robertson Road in Hidden Hills has four bedrooms, a fireplace, a chef’s island and a wet bar. A swimming pool with a spa, a pool house and a covered patio surround the home, which sits on three acres of grounds.

Longtime Kardashian broker Tomer Fridman of Compass was the listing agent. Sharon Staples of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.

The makeup mogul paid $4.5 million for the home in June 2016, property records show. It went on the market for $5.4 million on June 8.

Jenner, who is the star of E!’s latest Kardashian show “The Life of Kylie,” sold a two-story home in Calabasas for $3.15 million in late July. The 5,100-square-foot home featured a “glam room.”
