Veteran news anchor Nancy O’Dell saw a quick turnaround for her Mediterranean revival-style home.
The “Entertainment Tonight” co-anchor sold her home on Lombardy Road for $7.05 million, just short of its asking price at $7.2 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The 1931-built home was designed by notable architect Wallace Neff. Inside, six bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces and a bar room can be found within the nearly 9,000 square feet of space.
O’Dell bought the property for $5.4 million in 2007, property records show.
Coldwell Banker’s Ash Rizk and Gibson International’s Tina Cameron had the listing. Anna Wang of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
The former “Access Hollywood” anchor made headlines earlier this year when she was identified as the woman Donald Trump said he tried to “move on” in a leaked video. She joined “Entertainment Tonight” in 2011. [LAT] – Natalie Hoberman
