Commercial real estate firms expand their teams

JLL hired multifamily broker Dana Brody out of the brokerage Commercial Asset Group. As a senior vice president, Brody will focus on advancing JLL’s multi-family development opportunities and apartment building sales. She will be based in the firm’s Downtown office.

Commercial real estate firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler hired Michael Roberts to serve as senior director, where he will focus on industrial investment sale transactions in the region. He previously worked at Colliers International as managing director.

George Smith Partners named Alina Mardesich a senior vice president. The commercial real estate investment banking firm poached Mardesich from Oaktree Capital Management, where she served as a senior advisor. The firm recently announced two new co-managing directors and two new vice presidents.
