Actress Eva Longoria listed her home atop the Hollywood Hills on Torreyson Drive for $14 million, just days after she purchased a home in Beverly Crest for the same price tag, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Set on over 2.5 acres, the 2004-built estate includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two studios, a guesthouse, a wine tasting area. Stone paths, walkways, a lagoon-style swimming pool, spa and gardens complement the European-style home.

Longoria purchased the home from actor Tom Cruise in 2015 for $11.4 million, records show.

The actress-turned-producer is most famous for her role on “Desperate Housewives,” but has since had her credits appear on “Mother Up!,” “Empire” and “Devious Maids.” Just a few days ago, news broke that the actress paid just under $14 million for a two-story home on Deep Canyon Drive in Beverly Crest.
