She claims to be blacklisted all over town after severing a fake head that resembled President Trump. But she has no problem selling real estate at the right price.
Variety reported Monday that “D-lister” comedian Kathy Griffin and her 8,000-square-foot mansion in Hollywood Hills now lay asunder, with Griffin selling the pad for $4.5 million after chopping $1 million off the asking price. The sum, however, is still fair gain on the $2.85 million she paid in 2004, so from an investor perspective, Griffin’s got a good head on her shoulders.
Andrew Vargas and Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker had the listing.
As for where Griffin settles in next, that’s already taken care of. Earlier this year she bought a 13,000-square-foot home for $10.5 million at the Bel Air Crest development.
