Cushman & Wakefield poached Tal Siglar from Collier’s International this week. Siglar will serve as managing director in the firm’s Ontario, Calif., office, where he will focus on sales and leasing, sale-leaseback, tax-deferred 1031 exchanges, leased investments, site search and acquisition, and land development. The industrial broker held a senior vice president title at his former gig.
Beverly Hills-based global real estate firm Kennedy Wilson hired Avik Mukhopadhyay as managing director for the company’s investment platform. Mukhopadhyay previously led the Tactical Direct Investments group for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Global Real Assets. He also formerly worked a vice president for CIM Group.
This week saw a raft of promotions at Savills Studley, a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. The company announced that Bill Bauman, Mike Catalano, David Gordon and Mark Sullivan all moved up to vice chairman roles in the firm’s Downtown and West Los Angeles offices. Bauman and Catalano joined the firm in the mid-2000s, while Gordon and Sullivan have been there since the 1980s.
