In a social media posting, model Miranda Vee has accused real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid of rape, the New York Post reported. The 23-year-old also charged that Guess clothing co-founder Paul Marciano played a role in the assault, the paper reported.

Vee publicly denounced Hadid, 69, and Marciano on Instagram, where she published a screenshot of model Kate Upton’s Twitter message from Wednesday, in which she accused Marciano of sexual harassment.

“I met with paul at his @guess headquarters that is actually a apartment where he sexually harassed me & after that passed me on to his friend [Mohamed] who was going to meet me for ‘coffee,’ Vee wrote in a caption. “I thought it was a professional meeting but It was just me, him & champagne where he date raped me in a apartment.”

Vee claimed she was silenced with a nondisclosure agreement when she tried to speak out last year, the paper reported. She did not disclose when the alleged incident took place.

Hadid vehemently denied the allegations to TMZ, calling them “outrageous” and “totally untrue.” He is reportedly exploring a defamation lawsuit against the model.
