Pacific Union International is opening up another office and bringing in 20 brokers.
The firm will open an outpost in Hancock Park, a month after it set up shop in Highland Park.
The latest office is at 156 N. Larchmont Boulevard in Larchmont Village, and will be led by associate manager Bret Parsons. It will officially open in the summer, the company said.
Parsons is charged with spearheading the launch of Pacific Union’s own architectural division, according to the company announcement. Parsons previously served as director of Coldwell Banker’s architectural division.
Parsons also worked as marketing director at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.
With its latest launch, San Francisco-based Pacific Union will have 21 locations in Southern California. Following the mergers with John Aaroe Group, Partners Trust and Gibson International, the firm has more than 1,700 real estate professionals statewide.
