Embattled record producer Lukasz Gottwald, a.k.a. Dr. Luke, has listed his three-story Spanish-style Hollywood Hills home for $12.8 million.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom has modern interiors, according to the Los Angeles Times, which first reported on the listing. The roughly 7,000-square-foot home includes a recording studio, a two-story spiral staircase, infinity pool, and a “massive entertainment room that spans the entire length of the home,” according to a listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland.

Gottwald purchased the Spanish-style home in 2008 for $4.7 million around the peak of his dominance in the pop charts.

The 44-year-old has produced numerous hits for pop artists including Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus. He has since fallen out of favor in the music world over singer and collaborator Kesha’s allegations of sexual assault made public in 2013. She sued in New York and California, dropping the latter suit in 2016. Gottwald countersued for defamation and breach of contract. The battle is still playing out. Sony Music has cut ties with Gottwald and he was removed as CEO of his record label Kemosabe Records in 2017. [LAT] – Dennis Lynch
