Billionaire developer Chanchai Ruayrungruan, who leads the Reignwood Group, has put his Beverly Hills estate on the market.
The Chinese-Thai businessman, also known as Yan Bin, has listed the mansion for $25 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. He is founder and owner of the Reignwood Group, a property developer and commercial trading conglomerate in Thailand and China. Forbes lists his net worth at $1.1 billion.
The mansion on Carla Ridge sits on a half-acre lot and includes 9,400 square feet of indoor-outdoor living spaces. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a movie theater, wet bar, gym, steam room, cigar lounge and a wine cellar. It also features a pool and views of both Downtown Los Angeles and the ocean.
It is the second home in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates designed by architect Paul McClean to hit the market this month, after Lindsay Chambers listed her spec mansion for $24 million.
Ruayrungruan’s home was built by spec developer Nile Niami in 2014. Niami and McClean are the same duo responsible for the $500-million giga-mansion in Bel Air, called “The One.”
