On May 21, the Los Angeles County Bar Association is hosting an event on Changed or Differing Construction Site Conditions at its home building, 1055 West 7th Street from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Attend for a breakdown of the latest construction site condition regulation. Bernard Kamine and Marcia Kamine of Kamine Law PC will be the speakers at the event.

On May 23, the CRE Finance Council is holding an event on Finding Efficiencies Through Sustainability & C-PACE at Nixon Peabody LLP, 300 South Grand Avenue from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event will offer networking opportunities and a discussion on strategies aimed to drive savings in developing and sustaining commercial real estate properties. Speakers include Cade McMullin of AECOM and JB Roberts of Madison Realty Capital.
