From June 6 to 7, NAIOP is holding its I.CON West 2019 event at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, 200 South Pine Avenue. Attend for a chance to network, development tours and panel discussions on adapting to a changing industrial real estate space. Phil Dawkins, former president and CEO of DCT Industrial Trust, will be the keynote speaker.

On June 6, ULI Los Angeles is holding its Urban Marketplace 2019 event at Banc of California Stadium, 3939 South Figueroa Street, from 7:30 a.m. to noon. Come and hear a discussion on topics relevant to the Los Angeles market such as the housing crisis and the importance of incorporating mobility in real estate. Speakers include Daryl Carter of Avanath Capital Management and Ryan Burton of Lowe.
