Los Angeles’ luxury market has seen better days, but things may finally be looking up for spec mansions.

The top five home sales in Los Angeles County last week were all in the Westside and two of them were new construction mansions in Brentwood completed last year. Although both of those were discounted from their original asking prices.

A unit in Witkoff Group’s recently completed West Hollywood Edition development on Sunset Boulevard was the only condo unit to make the top five. A pair of older homes rounded out the list.

Data and information has been pulled from the Multiple Listing Service and Redfin.
