UPDATED, Oct. 31, 12:46 p.m.: The five priciest homes to hit the market over the last week in Los Angeles County totaled $128 million.

Per usual, most are on the Westside, but a Tuscan-style home in Palos Verdes Estates makes an appearance as well. Several homes with higher price tags listed over the last week, but all of them were essentially relistings. Last week’s biggest listings totaled $213 million and most were recently built spec homes.

The data and information was pulled from the Multiple Listings Service, Realtor.com and Redfin from Oct. 22-29.

1911 Westridge Drive | Brentwood | $40M

Television producer Norman Lear is giving the market another shot at his 8.2-acre Brentwood estate. Two years after delisting the property, he’s put it back on the market asking $50,000 more than his last ask. Lear first listed the estate in 2015 for $55 million but eventually dropped it to $40 million before letting the listing expire.

The expansive property has a 14,000-square-foot main house, a 35-car garage, a guesthouse, and security and staff offices. There’s also a tennis court, pool and gym on the grounds. The seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom main house has a two-story library and a large chef’s kitchen. Josh Altman and Andreas Elsenhans of Douglas Elliman have the listing.

44 Beverly Park Circle | Beverly Hills | $30M

The former home of baseball slugger Barry Bonds has traded twice since the former San Francisco Giant sold it for $22 million in 2014. Most recently, it sold for $23 million in March and now its back on the market. The roughly 17,100-square-foot Tuscan-style home sits on just under 2 acres of landscaped gardens and lawns. There’s a guest house and a sports court in the backyard to go with the pool and cabana. The main house has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Victoria Risko and Barry Peele with Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.

A bedroom and the kitchen also open up to the backyard. The interiors were updated in the style of many new modern-inspired homes that have proliferated across L.A. over recent years, but its distinctly mid-century exteriors, like its entryway and a circular window in the dining area, have been kept as-is.
