UPDATED, Oct. 31, 12:46 p.m.: The five priciest homes to hit the market over the last week in Los Angeles County totaled $128 million.

Per usual, most are on the Westside, but a Tuscan-style home in Palos Verdes Estates makes an appearance as well. Several homes with higher price tags listed over the last week, but all of them were essentially relistings. Last week’s biggest listings totaled $213 million and most were recently built spec homes.

The data and information was pulled from the Multiple Listings Service, Realtor.com and Redfin from Oct. 22-29.

1911 Westridge Drive | Brentwood | $40M

Television producer Norman Lear is giving the market another shot at his 8.2-acre Brentwood estate. Two years after delisting the property, he’s put it back on the market asking $50,000 more than his last ask. Lear first listed the estate in 2015 for $55 million but eventually dropped it to $40 million before letting the listing expire.

The expansive property has a 14,000-square-foot main house, a 35-car garage, a guesthouse, and security and staff offices. There’s also a tennis court, pool and gym on the grounds. The seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom main house has a two-story library and a large chef’s kitchen. Josh Altman and Andreas Elsenhans of Douglas Elliman have the listing.

44 Beverly Park Circle | Beverly Hills | $30M

The former home of baseball slugger Barry Bonds has traded twice since the former San Francisco Giant sold it for $22 million in 2014. Most recently, it sold for $23 million in March and now its back on the market. The roughly 17,100-square-foot Tuscan-style home sits on just under 2 acres of landscaped gardens and lawns. There’s a guest house and a sports court in the backyard to go with the pool and cabana. The main house has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Victoria Risko and Barry Peele with Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.

704 N. Arden Drive | Beverly Hills Flats | $17.3M

This six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home in the Flats was designed by celebrated architect Wallace Neff and designed in 1929. The Spanish Revival home spans nearly 10,000 square feet and maintains much of its original interior features, but has been updated with a new kitchen and amenities including a screening room. The lot is just under a half-acre in size and is entirely landscaped. The backyard has a stone patio and a pool. Madison Hildebrand and Ginger Glass with Compass have the listing.

1701 Lower Paseo La Cresta | Palos Verdes Estates | $16M

Far from the Santa Monica Mountains on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, this Tuscan-style home built in 2002 overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The 9,500-square-foot house has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and sits on just under an acre. The house has wood floors, coffered ceilings, and “extensive use” of limestone, according to its listing. There’s a wine cellar and a screening room as well. The landscaped grounds include a garden and a small tennis-style court. Neil and Anand Chhabria with Chhabria Real Estate have the listing.

1088 N. Hillcrest Road | Trousdale Estates | $12.9M

This modern home was built in 1969 but has been “completely rebuilt in every detail,” according to its listing. The four-bedroom, six-bathroom home is centered around a large living room that opens up through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the backyard patio and pool area. A bedroom and the kitchen also open up to the backyard. The interiors were updated in the style of many new modern-inspired homes that have proliferated across L.A. over recent years, but its distinctly mid-century exteriors, like its entryway and a circular window in the dining area, have been kept as-is. Rayni and Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland have the listing.

1708 Westridge Road | Brentwood | $12M

Checkerboard marble floors in the entryway open up this newly-built Georgian-inspired home. The six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home has a massive kitchen, a screening room, and a living room with a marble fireplace. Second-floor balconies overlook the landscaped backyard and pool. Compass’ Susan Stark has the listing.

Correction: This article was updated to include a $30 million listing in Beverly Hills that listed on October 23.
