Shannon Rowe, co-founder of Paycom, has bought a beachfront home in Malibu for $14.8 million.

Rowe and her husband, Rob Rowe, purchased the nearly 4,800-square-foot home at 27140 Malibu Cove Colony Drive, Dirt.com reported.

The deal came three years after Shannon Rowe’s brother, billionaire Paycom CEO Chad Richison, bought a 3,800-square-foot home in Malibu for $26.5 million. Paycom is a website with software that manages payroll and human resource management for companies.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home acquired by his older sister sits in a gated enclave on an almost quarter-acre with 70 feet of beach frontage.

The two-story home, built in 1998, sits on piers above the beach. It has wide-plank oak floors, high ceilings and walls of glass that open onto balconies with Pacific Ocean views from Santa Monica to Point Dume.

Its foyer has a sky-lit atrium surrounded by a curving stairway, sheathed in white. Beyond its living room and fireplace is a media room and wet bar. It has a formal dining room. An all-white kitchen has top appliances, an eat-in bar and a breakfast nook.

Upstairs, a master bedroom has a lounge, office/fitness room, custom walk-in closet and a marble-and-limestone bath with dual vanities, a dressing area, soaking tub and shower.

The front yard has a patio with a fire-pit and lounge, hot tub, grilling station and outdoor shower.

The home came with a membership at Sycamore Park Tennis Club across the street.
