Boot Barn Holdings will kick off its boots at a new 116,000-square-foot headquarters in Irvine.
The locally based western-wear and work duds retailer has inked a deal to lease a four-story office building at 17100 Laguna Canyon Road, the Orange County Business Journal reported. The company plans to relocate next year after tenant renovations.
Boot Barn’s new offices at Spectrum Terrace, owned by the Irvine Company based in Newport Beach, will be 37 percent larger than its current 84,600-square-foot hub at 15345 Barranca Parkway.
The lease for its current headquarters, also owned by the Irvine Company, expires next August.
Boot Barn’s move to a larger, luxury headquarters at Spectrum Terrace includes access to a resort-style swimming pool, food hall and fitness center.
The office expansion comes after years of heady growth, including a push to reach more affluent customers. Annual net sales climbed 85 percent to $1.7 billion this fiscal year from $893 million in fiscal 2021.
For the quarter ended July 1, the company saw net sales jump to $384 million, an increase of 4.9 percent from the year prior.
