Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann have sold their 10,300-square-foot mansion in Beverly Park for $27 million.
The director/producer of such films as “Bridesmaids,” “Knocked Up,” and “The Cable Guy” and his actress wife of 26 years who starred in “The Bubble” sold their home at 239 North Bristol Avenue, according to the Robb Report.
The buyer in the all-cash off-market deal was an undisclosed limited liability company.
“Prison Break” producer Marty Adelstein built the mansion in 2005, then sold it to Apatow in 2009 in another off-market sale for $18 million.
The traditional white, two-story house has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms on three-quarters of an acre.
The home where Apatow and Mann raised their two daughters, Maude and Iris, has never been photographed for a broker listing, according to Robb.
The comedic power couple recently became empty nesters, and last year Mann jokingly told Seth Meyers that her daughters both “stopped letting me follow them on Find My Friends” when they moved out.
The mansion, surrounded by mature oak trees and sycamores, has a detached pool house and a semi-detached three-car garage connected to the house by an enclosed walkway, according to tax records and satellite photos.
Highlights include a finished basement, a gated motorcourt, a backyard swimming pool and lush lawns surrounded by tall hedgerows.
Located on what could be the most prime street in Brentwood Park, neighbors include celebrities such as model Sofia Richie, producer/singer David Foster and “South Park” creator Trey Parker.
It’s not clear where Apatow and Mann will head next. They’ve long owned a $9 million condo in New York City’s West Village, according to Robb.
