Best Choice Products will soon hoist its corporate flag at a 52,000-square-foot headquarters in Newport Beach.

The Tustin-based home goods e-commerce firm has inked a lease for an office headquarters at at 100 Bayview Circle, the Orange County Register reported. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The firm’s new Class A hub at 100 Bayview is 1,000 square feet larger than its Class B office hub at 15101 Red Hill Avenue in Tustin, where the lease expires next month.

The 346,300-square-foot Bayview campus near the 405 and 55 freeways is owned by Granite Properties, based in Texas. The six-story marble complex includes a 250-room Marriott Hotel, fitness center, plus a cafe, hair salon and auto detailing shop.

The deal represents attempts by some companies to employ high-end offices to help draw talent in a competitive labor market, unidentified sources tell the Business Journal.

The offices were previously occupied by Industrious, a New York-based co-working firm, which replaced WeWork, another New York-based co-working firm that left in 2019 after a failed IPO.

The office vacancy rate in Orange County was 13.4 percent in the third quarter ending in September, the same as the national average, according to brokerage Avison Young.
