Fat Brands has inked a lease renewal for its 15,400-square-foot headquarters in Beverly Hills.

The firm, which owns such brands as Fatburger, Round Table Pizza, Marble Slab Creamery and Johnny Rockets, agreed to stay at 9720 Wilshire Boulevard, L.A. Business First and the Commercial Observer reported.

Terms of the deal with landlord Anderson Real Estate, based in Century City, were not disclosed.

The firm has occupied the eight-story, Mid-Century Modern building at Wilshire and McCarthy Drive for seven years.

Broker Gabe Brown of JLL represented Fat Brands in the negotiations. Brokers David Freitag, Rocky Binswanger and Kayla Rix of CBRE and Peter Best of L.A. Realty Partners represented Anderson Real Estate.

“This deal highlights the ongoing importance of physical office spaces and reflects a broader trend of growing resilience within the office sector as companies prioritize strategic locations that foster collaboration and spark innovation,” Brown said in a statement.

Fat Brands, which stands for “Fresh, Authentic, Tasty,” owns 18 restaurant brands, including Fazoli’s, Twin Peaks, Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, Hurricane Grill & Wings and Bonanza Steakhouses, with 2,300 locations around the world.

Last year, the company founded by Andy Wiederhorn announced it bought Florida-based Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill from Sun Capital Partners for $30 million.

Overall leasing activity ticked up in greater Los Angeles in the third quarter, according to a JLL market report.

“Looking ahead, a reduction in interest rates, coupled with increasing office attendance, will help spur renewed demand across L.A.’s diversified tenant base,” the report read.
