The CEO of Irvine-based Lost International and co-founder of Gotcha surfwear put the 6,400-square-foot home up for sale at 125 Irvine Cove Court, in gated Irvine Cove, the Orange County Register reported.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has been listed for sale or rent on and off for a decade, including an ask as low as $9 million in 2016, according to Zillow.

Brokers Josh and Matt Altman of The Altman Brothers at Douglas Elliman hold the listing.

The tiered-level home, built in 2002 on a half acre, sits on a hill north of the Pacific Coast Highway, with sweeping ocean views.

The custom house is imbued with materials Cooper and his designer sourced from Bali, “creating an exotic and organic ambiance,” according to the listing.

“Once you step into the house, you immediately feel that you’re in another part of the world,” Cooper told HouzzTV in 2017.

The two-story main house has sliding glass walls that open onto patios and verandas.  A one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse with a living area can double as a gym.

A path from the front gate leads through a structure of Balinese teak and across a bridge over a koi and turtle pond.

Natural light filters inside through Italian imported glass doors and windows, according to the Register.

Views of the ocean and tropical gardens shimmer throughout the house, including the kitchen, dining room, sunken living room, family room and second-story office that can double as a primary bedroom.

A raised outdoor bridge separates the office from other upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has a zen-inspired bathroom with an oversized soaking tub.

Outside, outdoor terraces contain an infinity pool, raised spa and cabana with a kitchen, bar and fireplace, and a kid’s clubhouse on stilts.

The property includes access to pickle ball and tennis courts at Irvine Cove, plus a golf cart and access to a private beach.
