Sperry and Landmarq Real Estate have teamed up to focus on land sales, hotels and commercial leasing in Orange County, with an affiliate office in Garden Grove.
The Irvine-based Sperry, a commercial brokerage specializing in investment land sales, leasing and property management, has partnered with Landmarq, a brokerage and leasing management firm based in Virginia, the Orange County Business Journal reported.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new office will be known as Sperry-Landmarq CRE, based at an unknown location in Garden Grove.
Leading the new affiliate office are Blake Trinh, Jamie Trang and Ken Payne.
The reason for the brokerage partnership in OC was not disclosed.
“We are aggressively and strategically looking to expand throughout the United States and internationally,” Sperry Global President Mark Hinkins said in a statement.
“This year we launched our master country franchise program and are in advanced discussions in Australia, India and multiple countries in the Middle East and Pacific Rim regions while making them available for additional select countries around the world.”
