A lone hilltop survivor of the Eaton fire in Altadena has listed their home for nearly $2.7 million.

The unidentified owner of the 2,300-square-foot home surrounded mostly by the remains of thousands of damaged and destroyed homes has put it up for sale at 2966 Zane Grey Terrace, the Los Angeles Daily News reported.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, built in 1963, stands out with an orange Spanish tile roof surrounded by ashen destruction. The L-shaped home surrounded by ruins is being billed as “Untouched after the fire.”

The listing bills its views — now a blackened landscape of sorrow — as a selling point.

“The backyard is perfect for dining al fresco dining while overseeing the gorgeous mountain and city views!” according to the listing.

The home sits behind gates on a 1.33-acre lot as a survivor of the wind-driven fire that burned much of the foothill community.
