Ventura Foods is moving to larger offices in Irvine, more than doubling the size of its corporate headquarters.
The Brea-based food manufacturer has leased a 60,000-square-foot office hub in the Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace at 17800 Laguna Canyon Road, the Orange County Business Journal reported. It expects to relocate by summer.

Ventura Foods will take up the third and fourth floors in a four-story, 115,300-square-foot building.
The move from north OC to Irvine will give the maker of such food brands as Hidden Valley Ranch and LouAna Cooking Oil 140 percent more space. The company is now based at a 25,000-square-foot office at the Olen Pointe Brea Office Park at 40 Pointe Drive.
The Irvine Company is renovating two floors ahead of the move, with input from Ventura Food workers. The cost of the makeover was undisclosed.
Ventura Foods, founded in 1996 as a joint venture between Tokyo-based Mitsui & Company and Minnesota-based CHS, works with food service and retail businesses, with offices in Canada, Mexico and Singapore.
