If you’ve ever wanted to live next door to Leonardo DiCaprio in the Hollywood Hills, now’s your chance.

Canadian businessman Stan Bharti listed his Bird Streets estate perched above the Sunset Strip for $25 million, according to the Robb Report. The three-bedroom, six-bathroom manse at 9050 Oriole Way spans 6,300 square feet and was last sold in 2011 by hospitality magnate Sam Nazarian for $14.5 million.

Fans of the HBO series “Entourage” might recognize the property as the home of Adrian Grenier’s character in the show’s fourth season.

The 0.8-acre property features a private gated entry and water features upon arrival. The formal dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Los Angeles skyline and the living room opens up onto an outdoor terrace.

Elsewhere, you can cozy up to the fireplace or the bar in the intimate piano lounge, or watch an episode of “Entourage” in the nearby TV nook.

It’s move-in ready for a buyer who loves to cook or entertain. The chef’s kitchen comes with Miele appliances, a large marble island and an espresso bar, as well as a butler’s pantry for food storage.

The primary suite functions as a work-life space with an executive office including a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedroom has a fireplace, private terrace with a fitness area, and an ensuite bathroom. A second primary suite comes with a Juliet balcony, walk-in closet and a dual-sink ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs there is an indoor-outdoor theater and outdoor kitchen equipped with a craft beer dispenser. Al fresco dining is available on the marble dining table fit for 20 guests next to an infinity-edge pool overlooking the city.

Perhaps the biggest draw of the property when it was last up for sale was the built-in concierge service, which prompted Bharti to snap up the property in just a few days in 2011, Forbes reported. Former seller Nazarian, founder of Los Angeles-based hospitality company SBE, incorporated the feature upon Bharti’s purchase 14 years ago, granting access to SBE’s services such as catering crews for a party.

It’s Bharti’s second home sale in a month. The founder of Toronto-based merchant bank Forbes & Manhattan sold his Miami Beach mansion last month for $36 million. That waterfront property was originally listed for $42.5 million.
