Toll Brothers is breaking into new territory in Colorado with the help of Gables Residential.

Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers and Atlanta-based Gables Residential have joined forces to develop Gables Angeline, a 243-unit luxury apartment venture in the southern Denver suburb of Littleton, the Denver Business Journal reported. The effort, conducted through Toll Brothers Apartment Living, marks Toll Brothers’ first luxury multifamily community in The Centennial State and was financed through a $57 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase.

Located at 7900 South Platte River Parkway, the 331,498-square-foot Gables Angeline development will include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with features like private balconies or patios, large closets and optional private parking garages. Other amenities include a resort-style pool, a community garden, a fitness center with a rock-climbing wall and putting green, and a pet park with a dog run and an outdoor pavilion.

In addition to apartments, Gables Angeline will also have 1,200 square feet of retail space, offering residents “prime location, upscale design and strong connectivity to major employment hubs and outdoor recreation,” John McCullough, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living, said in a statement

Gables Residential has been involved in the Denver market since 2014 with developments like Gables Cherry Creek at 360 South Monroe Street, Gables Residences at 300 South Monroe Street, and Gables Vista at 375 South Jackson Street. The new Angeline community will be located next to the Aspen Grove open-air shopping center and Chatfield State Park, with public transportation available within walking distance via the Littleton/Mineral Station of the Regional Transportation District Light Rail.

Gables Angeline isn’t the only Toll Brothers’ only high-end project underway in the Denver area. Last month, the Pennsylvania-based developer announced the opening of its Ken-Caryl Ranch community, offering 108 single-family homes starting at under $770,000 and 4,800 acres of open space for residence.

Another master-planned community from Toll Brothers, the gated ParkVue on the Platte, is located south of Gables Angeline on the other side of West Mineral Avenue. That development is expected to offer three types of townhomes starting in the low $600,000s

Development of Gables Angeline is expected to be completed in May 2027.
