Movers: Jordana Leigh makes jump to Christie’s International Real Estate SoCal

Plus, who joined the Beverly Hills Estates and Compass

Jordana Leigh Joins Christie’s International Real Estate

Aaron Kirman’s Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California’s latest poach came courtesy of Rodeo Realty.

Christie’s International Real Estate said it added Jordana Leigh, former president of Rodeo Realty’s estates division, to help bolster its luxury and celebrity businesses. Leigh brings with her career sales of more than $5 billion.

Her resume of clients includes A-listers such as Orlando Bloom, Simon Cowell, rapper and singer-songwriter Eve and the late actress Naya Rivera.

Leigh’s business is predominantly focused on the Westside, ranging from Malibu to Hancock Park.

Among her priciest listings is 620 North Bedford Drive in the Beverly Hills Flats, which is asking just under $22 million and is being co-listed with Kirman. There’s also 1307 North Doheny Drive, also priced at just under $22 million and is being co-marketed with the Beverly Hills Estates’ Scott Ammann.

Elsewhere in Los Angeles residential real estate, more agents stayed put this month as movement to other brokerages slowed. Here’s who else added talent to their offices recently.

➤ Richard Michalowski is back at Compass Highland Park. He was previously at the brokerage between 2017 and 2022, most recently hanging his license at Coldwell Banker Realty for the past three years.

Michalowski has a robust business in markets such as Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, northeast L.A., Pasadena and Sunland-Tujunga among other areas.

Last year Michalowski closed on $22 million in sales, which included the trade of 2243 Duane Street in Silver Lake. The 1903-built bungalow sold for $2.6 million last August, which was about 5 percent above ask, according to listing sites.

He has under his belt almost 250 homes traded over the course of his career.

➤ Susan Pekich joined the Beverly Hills Estates’ West Hollywood office from Hilton & Hyland. She was with Hilton & Hyland from 2018 to 2025 and focuses most of her business on the Westside. Although, she’s also done trades in the South Bay, Montecito and desert cities.

In recent years, she’s been involved in several closings at the Beverly West condo tower at 1200 Club View Drive, which sits next to the Los Angeles Country Club.

In 2019, she was involved in the 2019 sale of a penthouse unit at Beverly West to The Weeknd, née Abel Tesfaye, which sold for $21 million. The sprawling unit takes up the whole 18th floor of Emaar Properties condo tower. Pekich was one of three agents representing Emaar in the sale.
