Sotheby’s International Realty’s Go Group has landed the residential sales contract at Century City’s most-watched project in the Reuben Brothers’ Century Plaza.
The Go Group, which is led by Neyshia Go and based in Beverly Hills, is now exclusively marketing Park Elm, in addition to the Fairmont Residences at the mixed-use project.
The twin, 44-story towers comprising Park Elm total 268 units. The north tower, currently open for sales, has between 60-70 units available. Once that nears sell-out status, the south side will open for sales, according to Go.
Units are priced from roughly $2.5 million to over $20 million. On a per-square-foot basis, that’s around $1,700 to $3,000.
The $2.5 billion, six-acre Century Plaza consists of the residential towers in addition to the recently renovated 400-room Fairmont Century Plaza hotel. The hotel property includes 63 branded residences and 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
The Reuben Brothers’ snapped up the property through a $1 billion foreclosure in 2023 from the project’s original developer, Michael Rosenfeld. The purchase price was roughly half what it cost to build the property out.
“The Reuben Brothers have really spearheaded a very significant investment in both time, money and enthusiasm into this project,” Go said. “This is something they’re all personally involved in.”
So far, the four-person Go Group has clocked roughly 40 showings and the buyers trickling through are diverse. Some have come from Northern California, out of state or outside the country to seek secondary homes. One of the first deals the group struck was with an international buyer who will use their residence a few months of the year, according to Go. Other buyers are interested in the safety of a guard-gated property, concierge and direct-to-unit access, she said.
The various amenities have helped draw interest in Century City, which has seen its traditional base of high-rise, Class A office thrive while other parts of the market, including downtown L.A., struggle.

Savills are among the firms that have left downtown Los Angeles in favor of Century City.
Michelin-star restaurant Sushi Noz from New York has already begun a buildout on a Century Plaza location. Among other businesses set to open next summer are Asian-inspired restaurant KYU and a new concept from Wally’s Wine & Spirits, which is backed by Guess Inc. co-founders Paul and Maurice Marciano. Also incoming are Milos and Le Specialità.
The Estate, a health and wellness concept created by Tony Robbins’ Fountain Life and Sam Nazarian’s SBE, will occupy about 13,000 square feet at the project.
One crosswalk over, residents also have access to Westfield Century City, the open-air mall with additional dining and shopping options.
