The seven have executed over 2,500 transactions totaling more than 60 million square feet and $20 billion in transaction value, combined, in their careers, according to a release.

Wenger has helmed investment teams responsible for more than $17 billion in closed real estate transactions, according to a release. She previously held senior roles at CBRE Investment Management, CIM Group, General Electric, Equity Office Properties Trust and the predecessor to Prologis.

  • Colliers hired Shane Shafer in its Orange County brokerage, where he’ll focus on multifamily investment sales. Shafer, who is moving from Northmarq, has two decades of experience and has closed more than $6 billion in multifamily transactions, according to a release.
  • Eastdil Secured brought on Kevin Sheehan and Sean Gulian to co-lead the company’s national housing group for Southern California. Sheehan and Gulian will focus on housing investment sales. Sheehan, previously at JLL, will be based in Eastdil’s Santa Monica office, and Gulian, previously at Nuveen Real Estate, in the Newport Beach office. Sheehan has been involved in the sale of more than $4 billion in transaction volume, according to a release. Gulian has contributed to more than $25 billion in multifamily and mixed-use investment sales and recapitalizations, according to a release.

  • Industrial veteran Paul Sablock returned to Colliers’ Los Angeles brokerage, and he brought his son Nick Sablock. The father-son duo, specializing in leasing and sales, are moving from JLL. Paul has been in the business for more than 45 years, most of them at Colliers, and has been involved in over 1,900 industrial transactions, according to a release.
  • Kyle Kehner and Trevor Wright joined Colliers’ Inland Empire and Orange County brokerage. The two will offer industrial services, mostly in the Inland Empire. Wright is returning to Colliers after a stint at Stream Realty. He is focused on industrial development, tenant representation and sales.
