After taking a more than year-long market test, Lizzo has 100 percent found a buyer for her Beverly Hills home.
The Grammy Award-winning artist sold the property after most recently asking $12.5 million, Mansion Global reported. The home first hit the market in December 2024 for roughly $16 million. A sale was pending as of Monday, per listing records cited by Mansion Global. Details around the identity of the buyer and the exact sale price will be disclosed when the sale is finalized.
The “Juice” singer purchased the property in 2022 for $15 million using a trust linked to her businesses to complete the acquisition, according to PropertyShark records cited by Mansion Global. The home at the site was built in 2018 and spans 5,442 square feet. The three-bedroom manse replaced a house that previously belonged to singer Harry Styles from 2014 to 2016, Architectural Digest reported.
The Beverly Hills abode contains a two-story atrium, a dual-sided floor-to-ceiling fireplace that separates the kitchen and living room, a gym and wellness area, a theater, an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit and a saltwater infinity pool.
By Beverly Hills standards, a $12.5 million asking price is chump change compared to some high-ticket sales in the ritzy enclave in recent months.
Late last year, a mansion at 1309 Davies Drive once owned by Ricky Martin sold for $35 million, or more than $3,804 per square foot, The Real Deal previously reported. That property hit the market in August for $75 million before dropping its price to nearly $50 million later that month.
In October, a condo unit at the Maybourne Beverly Hills sold for $27 million in one of the priciest deals at the luxury property. A trust linked to Marquez Brothers International owner Gustavo Marquez completed the purchase of the 5,670-square-foot penthouse, picking up the residence for roughly $4,762 per square foot, TRD reported. — Chris Malone Méndez
