Jennifer Lopez Relists Ben Affleck Marital Mansion

Love don’t cost a thing, but Beverly Crest mansions do.

Jennifer Lopez has relisted her hilltop compound once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck, two years after originally putting the mansion on the market, Realtor.com reported.

The “Jenny From the Block” singer is seeking just shy of $50 million for the property, down from its original 2024 list price of $68 million and 2023 purchase price of nearly $61 million. Last spring, the couple dropped the list price to about $60 million before taking it off the market. It resurfaced on the market in September for $52 million but disappeared again in January as Lopez lived there while completing work on her new home in Hidden Hills.

Affleck appears to have moved on entirely from the property. Last month, news surfaced that the actor surrendered his portion of the marital home to Lopez, TMZ reported. Affleck purchased a $20.5 million bachelor pad in Brentwood in 2024, shortly after their public split.

The 5.2-acre estate at 2571 Wallingford Drive spans 38,000 square feet and boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms in total. The property also has a 5,000-square-foot guest house, a caretaker house and a two-bedroom guard house, as well as basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, a bar and a 12-car garage.

Lopez picked up a roughly 8,600-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills in February 2025 for $17.5 million. The 2-acre estate was purchased through a trust tied to her business manager following months of reported house hunting that began around April 2024 as rumors of a marital rift surfaced. That five-bedroom, eight-bathroom property includes a main residence, guest house, pool house and equestrian facilities, complete with a five-stall barn, tack room and private riding arena.

Lopez and Affleck, though living in separate residences, maintained a working relationship during and after their divorce. Affleck served as executive producer for last year’s film adaptation of “Kiss of the Spider Woman” starring the Bronx-bred hitmaker. — Chris Malone Méndez
