Corrections and clarifications

In the April issue, The Deal Sheet incorrectly listed Richard Smith of Winick Realty as the landlord representative for a retail lease signed by RHX Stores at 601 Eighth Avenue. Steve Elliot of Steve Elliot LLC was the exclusive agent for landlord/sublessor Volunteers of America.

In the New Residential Developments section, Corcoran Sunshine was incorrectly listed as the exclusive sales agent for 173 MacDougal Street. The Corcoran Group is the exclusive sales agent.

In the story “Playing new head games,” Jacky Teplitzky was incorrectly identified as an executive vice president at Prudential Douglas Elliman. She is a managing director.
