Citi Habitats feted its top-performing agents last month, with sisters Tracie and Elizabeth Hamersley nabbing the top sales agent prize jointly. Danny Davis was named both the top-grossing rental agent and the top-producing agent in the company, according to Citi Habitats. Matthew Berkson and Jon Cella were honored with the largest rental and sales commissions prizes, respectively. Juliet Clapp was named senior managing director of the year for sales, and Yuri Lobachevsky was senior managing director of the year for rentals.
The brokerage also celebrated a milestone: Citi Habitats has worked with 40,000 different clients in three years, the most of any residential brokerage in the city, the company claimed in a news release.
“We have reached new heights as an organization,” said company president Gary Malin in a prepared statement. Malin hosted the event along with senior vice president and director of rentals Gordon Golub.
