Richard Martin joined the firm as a vice president. He was previously senior vice president and sales manager at DE Capital Mortgage.

Mark Marasciullo, formerly of New Canaan Partners, was hired as a managing director in New York. John Wheeler, a managing director, was tapped to head the firm’s downtown office. Trish Maxson joined the firm from Merck & Co. to serve as chief human resources officer.
