Douglaston Development is currently in the process of marketing the Edge, a massive two-phase condo project on the Williamsburg waterfront.
The sellers of 81 Barrow Street were listed as Robert Oliver, William Lavelle, Richard Wise and Frank Vecchio.

When reached by phone, Levine said he preferred not to discuss the transaction. According to the listing, the 5,500-square-foot townhouse was previously divided into a two-family home. Its décor includes features such as an “oversize suspended aquarium,” and a Jacuzzi on “the two-tiered rooftop terrace.”
