Bronx warehouse for sale

A 435,600-square-foot warehouse property at 825 Bronx River Avenue is on sale for $34.85 million in the Soundview section of the Bronx. The 10-acre parcel has 440,000 total buildable square feet. It is ready to lease out on a triple-net-lease basis, or an owner can construct a building to suit. CB Richard Ellis’ William Jordan and John Reinertsten are marketing the property.

Tribeca apartment building hits market

A 33,000-square-foot limestone apartment building is on the market at 55 Warren Street, off West Broadway in Tribeca, for $29.9 million. The property, which will be delivered gut-renovated and will be finished in May, has an approved condo offering plan. The ground floor has 16-foot ceilings, and there are three full-floor, three- to four-bedroom homes with private elevator access. The building, designed by Leopoldo Rosati, includes a private gym with a skylight, in addition to outdoor space. Robert Dvorin of Prudential Douglas Elliman is handling the sale.

Class C property on the market in Harlem

A 30,000-square-foot Class C property has hit the market at 241-251 West 125th Street in Harlem. The four-story office building, asking $24.5 million, has three retail spaces on the ground floor and can be delivered vacant. The property, built in 1910, would work for residential, retail or office use. Pam Rowe of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island has the listing.

Condo building for sale in Brooklyn

The Alexander Court Condominium, an apartment and retail property at 4102 13th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn, is for sale for $14 million. The newly constructed six-story building includes 20 residential units, a 13-car parking garage and two retail spaces on the ground floor. Built in 2007, the building, between 40th and 41st streets, encompasses 48,600 square feet on an 8,102-square-foot plot of land. Jeffrey Fidelman of Continental Realty is marketing the property.

New construction building in Brooklyn hits market

A newly constructed six-story building is on the market for $11 million, at 802-814 Avenue U in Brooklyn. Built in 2006, the 30,330-square-foot property has a total of 20 residential units on floors two through six. The first floor has two retail units for rent, as well as 15 parking units that can be either rented or sold. The building, which has an alternate address of 2010 East 8th Street, sits on a lot at the corner of Avenue U and East 8th Street. Jeffrey Fidelman of Continental Realty is the listing agent.
