Top Firms in the Hamptons

Being a high-end broker in the Hamptons pays. That s what a study of the top real estate firms in the Hamptons by Suffolk Research Service Inc. recently showed. Sotheby s International Realty was the top grossing firm, though it only did 37 percent of the unit sales compared to the firm that sold the most properties, Cook Pony Farm. The following is a list of the top five firms in terms of gross revenue and number of sales from a nine-month period from last July to this February. The study included the five East End Towns. A more detailed report is due out later.
