Thomas Bomba was named co-head of the firm’s business consulting unit. He was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle and the McMahan group. David Bernhaut was promoted to vice chairman and Kevin Daly to senior director. Michael Gambino was also promoted to senior director, specializing in tenant representation. Marc Packman was promoted to senior managing director of the firm’s strategic agency services group.

Nancy Tran joined as associate director, specializing in investment sales throughout Manhattan. She was previously with Marcus & Millichap and was CEO of GoGlobia.

Robert Martin was hired as a vice chairman with the firm’s New York City brokerage division.

Brian Rothschild joined the Manhattan office as senior vice president, focusing on clients in international markets. He was previously with Colliers ABR and also worked for Tower Equities.
