The offering includes additional air rights, bringing the gross buildable square footage to 119,000 square feet. Robert Knakal, Michael DeCheser and Clint Olsen of Massey Knakal are handling the assignment.

A 126-unit, 15-story new luxury oceanfront condo is on the market for $38 million in Far Rockaway, Queens. The condo, at 120 Beach 26th Street, was completed last year and can be delivered vacant, according to Downtown Commercial Real Estate. The property is a possible hotel conversion. There are one- and two-bedroom units with ocean views, and the building has a rooftop pool, a gym and a 24-hour doorman. There is a shuttle to the subway five blocks away. Roger Hart of Downtown Commercial Real Estate is handling the sale of the property.

Bronx industrial building on the market

A 204,015-square-foot warehouse building in the Bronx is on the market for $30 million. The two-story building, erected in 1966, is at 1776 Eastchester Road. Ceiling heights are between 18 and 23 feet, according to the CoStar Group. It is zoned M1-1 and has 600 surface parking spaces. The sale price includes five acres of land. The property will be vacant at the end of the year. Patricia Ardigo, Ian Ceppos, Al Gutierrez, William Jordan and John Reinertsen of CB Richard Ellis are handling the sale.

The newly constructed hotel, comprising 15,395 square feet and six stories, has 42 rooms with custom-made furniture, wood finishes and marble bathrooms. In addition, the hotel has a banquet facility, nearby parking and a rooftop terrace and lounge that overlook the Hudson River. M. Marianne Thorsen and An-Chi Miau of Sierra Realty are handling the assignment.
