Palm Beach home prices up in 2007

Home prices in Palm Beach County increased slightly in 2007 from 2006,
and the number of residential properties traded remained about even, according to the Evans Report, an analysis of
closing documents filed in the county. The median price for
single-family homes was $3.5 million, up $400,000 from the year before,
the report said. The median price of condos was $825,000, a $61,000
increase from 2006.
