Miami shopping center sells for $37M

A joint venture between Global Retail Investors and retail developer Equity One has paid $37 million for Airpark Plaza in Miami. The 172,000-square-foot shopping center sits at the corner of Red Road and Northwest Seventh Street; it is 98 percent leased.
