Developers leave Hollywood sites vacant, littered

Code officers have begun issuing citations to builders for leaving development sites near Hollywood’s Young Circle vacant and littered. The city said that it will have to hire contractors to finish building the condo Block 55 on Polk Street if the developer continues to neglect the site.
