Palm Beach mansions could fetch record prices

Philanthropist Sidney Kimmel, who recently listed his mansion at 1236 S. Ocean Boulevard and Donald Trump, who has dropped the price on his home at 515 N. County Road after two years on the market, would both break the record for highest sale price in Palm Beach if they receive their asking prices. Kimmel is asking $81.5 million while Trump wants $100 million; the record is held by Ron Perelman who sold a mansion for $70 million in 2004.
