Palm Beach commissioner seeks easement

Palm Beach County commissioner Jess Santamaria is asking the Indian Trail Improvement District to move an easement line, allowing investor Rup Nagala, reportedly his friend, to develop a lake-side property he bought from Santamaria in 1994. The district board denied this request eight years ago, before Santamaria had become commissioner, saying the land could be used to improve drainage.
