Developer sells Riviera Beach home for $1.9 million

Developer Daniel S. Catalfumo, president and CEO of Palm Beach Gardens-based Catalfumo Construction and Development, has sold his Riviera Beach condo. The unit, at 3920 N. Ocean Drive, sold for $1.9 million, after Catalfumo paid $1.28 million for it in 2005.
