Hollywood gives initial approval for tower

Hollywood city commissioners have given initial approval for a zoning change to allow a 25-story residential tower, although a second hearing will be required to finalize the decision. Miami-based WSG Development Company would be building the $114 million project, called ArtsPark Village, if the zoning is approved.
