Florida foreclosure rates remain high, with filings up 112 percent this February compared to the same time last year, making it the state with the third highest rate in the country. In Palm Beach County, the number of foreclosures filed by lenders was 1,765 in March, compared to 445 last year, while in St. Lucie County, foreclosure filings went to 368 from 54 last year.
