New leasing chief for Wachovia tower

Prominent Miami commercial real estate figure Don Cartwright has
jumped ship to join Cushman & Wakefield of Florida as director of
leasing. He resigned as senior vice president of real estate
investment firm DTZ Rockwood’s Miami office.
He’ll take over leasing and marketing for the 1.1 million-square foot
Wachovia Financial Center, the largest class A office tower in the
state.
