New home sales plunged

The sales pace for new homes nationwide fell to its lowest level since
1991 in March, to an annual rate of 526,000 units, down 8.5 percent
from the month before. Meanwhile, the median home price fell 13.3
percent year-over-year, the largest drop off since 1970.
