Developer changes plans for unfinished condo project

Developer Boca East has taken its first steps to removing two of the four buildings making up the unfinished Eden condominium project in Boca Raton, at 300 West Palmetto Park Road, in what some see as a move towards dissolving Eden’s condominium association. Most of the units were sold preconstruction about four years ago, but it is still not completed, and Boca East has submitted new plans to turn it into a 248-unit age-restricted rental project instead.
